Overall, they did an acceptable job managing the escrow process from start to finish. Communication was consistent, and the team remained responsive as the file progressed. They were able to coordinate the necessary steps to keep the transaction moving forward and addressed items as they came up. While there were a few areas where efficiency could have been improved, the transaction ultimately closed successfully, and their team maintained professionalism throughout.
