Joette Joseph is an absolutely fantastic Advisory Manager/Sr. Escrow Officer! In my 44 years in real estate I've done over 25 deals and none of the Escrow Officers I've dealt with was better than Joette. Friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable. I have been in the lending business for more years than I care to count. I have also been in the housing business, in general, for more years than that. I have played many roles in this business, from real estate assistant, in the beginning, to Chief Executive Officer of a Major Non-Profit builder and operator of affordable housing in the Bay Area. I have worn many hats and played many roles, thus I have had the reason on many occasions to engage the services of title personnel at many levels for many reasons. And I must say that never have I felt more confident of getting the results I've requested from a title officer or representative than I feel each time I make a request from Marlene Calvello. She is without a doubt the best and most professional of the lot. You can't go wrong with Marlene! I mean this sincerely. And I had a close relative in this business who I thought very highly of. But I have to say, Marlene even tops her! Marlene has no reason, she just is!
